Join us for an unique, fun-filled class with body balance, songs, massage, games, sensory tools, mindfulness, breathing techniques and more!

Kids Yoga

Mindfulness is a whole body-mind state of awareness that involves ‘tuning in’ to the present moment, with openness and curiosity. Children learn how to relax by listening to their body and using simple physical activities. Kids yoga tools allow us to engage children in fun activities, engage their body and improve balance, coordination and strength.

Regulating emotions

Mindfulness is a beautiful way to recognise emotions in your body, name them and learn how to deal with them. All emotions are OK. We just need to regulate them.We use all sorts of visual tools to help your child to learn about feelings and to deal with difficult emotions. Anger, anxiety or troubles to stay focused - there is always a way to deal with them.

Breathing

Mindful awareness is something that we all possess and that can be strengthened through practice. Breathing is a natural way to bring back awareness and focus on the here and now. Children learn how to use their breath to use it when needed: when they are stressed, anxious or angry.
