24 MINDFULNESS ACTIVITIES FOR KIDS. Mindful Cards are divided into four categories. It is good idea to choose at least one card from each category: Seated, Tummy, Standing, Back to activate whole body during exercises.
Our cards help in mindfulness practice of paying attention but also boost kids imagination. “Let’s Play” part gives only guidelines to more fun and creativity. The goal is to teach children how to pay attention to what is going on inside and outside of them right now. Kids can be agitated, distracted. Using their own body can calm down the constant chatter of “the monkey mind”.
